FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pellet powders. Method of producing multilayer pellet powder involves preparation powder lacquer by mixing cellulose nitrate ingredients in water with ethyl acetate, dispersing said lacquer during injection of emulsifying agent and removal of solvent. Prepared lacquer emulsion containing cotton is high-energy granules, ethyl acetate is distilled at monotone temperature rise is emulsion containing 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT), and mixed with powder. High-energy granules used are compositions containing cellulose nitrates and containing 60-80 wt% power filler. Power filler used is dispersed octogene, hexogene or other insoluble in water explosive.
EFFECT: invention provides higher progressive powder combustion, which is ensured by forming adhesive layers of substances with different values β on surface of granules.
