FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for applying multilayered coating on spherical powder granules includes preparation of water emulsion of coating component, preparation of powder suspension with 60-80 wt % content of filler in reactor with mixing device, introduction of obtained emulsion into powder suspension in two steps, processing powder suspension with emulsion. First portion of emulsion, containing 10-15 wt % of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) relative to 1 wt.p. of powder, is introduced at temperature 85-95°C and mixed, after which temperature is reduced to 70-75°C. Second portion of emulsion, containing 5-10 wt % of 2,4-dinitrotolyene (DNT) relative to 1 wt.p. of powder, is introduced at temperature 70-75°C and mixed. Water-insoluble power-intensive components, in particular octogen, hexogen, are applied as powder fillers.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain stable coating, which does not migrate inside granule, on the surface of granules, highly filled with dispersion substances, which provides increase of powder burning progressiveness.
