FIELD: granular special compositions production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology for the production of granular special compositions used in the form of semi-finished products for the manufacture of ballistic-type fuels and pyroxylin powder. The method of granulating a highly filled semi-finished product for ballistite-type fuels and pyroxylinic powders includes mixing components in water, preparing a powder varnish in a combined solvent, dispersing the powder varnish with the introduction of an emulsifier, dehydrating the varnish particles and removing the solvent from them by distillation. 3-5 wt.% of polyurethane dissolved in 20-25 wt.% of tetrahydrofuran from its total amount, ethyl acetate with a dissolved chemical resistance stabilizer is loaded into water with stirring after loading of nitrocellulose in the form of celluloid colloxylin, stirred for 20-30 minutes. Then the remaining amount of tetrahydrofuran is poured, mixed again for 20-30 minutes. HMX is loaded in an amount of 70-75 wt.% of the mixture, stirred for 30-40 minutes. The mixture is loaded with a wetting agent, flesh glue, dextrin in an amount of 10-12 wt.%, 0.5-1.5 wt.%, 0.5-1.5 wt.%, respectively, in relation to the total amount of water and carry out dehydration of the product in the form of granules and removal of the solvent from them. The granules are washed, dried, and then impregnated with the LD-70 plasticizer by placing them in water with granules heated to a temperature of 55-57°С, while stirring, an aqueous emulsion with LD-70 is loaded in 3-6 steps in a ratio of 1: 3, with a ratio of 1 wt.h. LD-70 to 4 parts by weight product, as well as with a combined emulsifier flesh glue and dextrin in an amount of 20-25 wt.% in relation to the product. The granules are mixed for 50-60 minutes.
EFFECT: production of high-energy semi-finished product using polyurethane binder and plasticizer diethylene glycol dinitrate.
