FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for reconditioning of worn-out areas geometry surfaces of locking cones of needle and nozzle of internal combustion engine body. Hot plastic deformation of said worn-out areas, after which housing is heated with needle in carburizer at temperature of 900 °C for 3 h with air cooling with subsequent quenching at 910 °C for 3 hours and cooling in oil and tempering with holding at 570 °C for 4 hours and cooling in air, and final abrasive cleaning of locking cones of needle and sprayer housing.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase fatigue strength of sprayers, restored by normalisation after plastic deformation, which also provides them with high operational reliability.
