FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rivet consisting of a rod made of a polymer composite material with fibres oriented along the axis of the rod, with a cylindrical head on one end and an uncured upper part of the rod on the other end, is installed in the housing made of cured prepreg kin to connected parts of composite material and consisting of cylindrical coaxial embedded head and bushing; at that, the embedded head is countersunk and the lower part of the bushing has a cone shape; between the cylindrical head of the rivet and the lower part of the housing bushing there is installed a ring of woven uncured prepreg; at that, the length of the housing bushing is equal to the thickness of connected parts, while the lower part cone of the housing bushing is located under the connected parts for the thickness of the ring; the external diameter of the housing bushing is equal to the diameter of the cylindrical head of the rivet, and the inner diameter is equal to the diameter of the rod, while the outer diameter of the ring is equal to the outer diameter of the bushing; at that, a fluoroplastic shell is installed only on the uncured upper part of the rod. Method of producing a non-detachable riveted connection consisting in placement of the rivet in holes of the connected parts not having a double-sided approach to the riveted joint; it is necessary to fixed the embedded rivet housing head, to draw, holding the fluoroplastic shell, the rivet rod up making a closing head from the inner side of the connected parts, to remove the fluoroplastic shell from the upper part of the rivet rod and to saturate, after polymerisation of the ring prepreg ring, the uncured fibers of the river rod with an to form in cold state a fixing part of the embedded head in countersunk holes of the rivet housing.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of a non-detachable riveted connection of parts made of polymer composite materials and of its fabricability.
