FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for machine vision for determining leakage of composition containing disposable capsule during production process, as well as to device used for this purpose. Device and method for detecting leakage of composition containing disposable capsule during high-efficiency production process. Device includes plate having cavity of disposable capsule and plurality of boundary zones plate adjacent to this cavity; image recording module; image processing module; and source of UV radiation. Composition contains fluorescent bleaching compound. UV radiation source is located so that it illuminates cavity and multiple boundary zones of plate. Image recording module is arranged so that it records image of illuminated cavity and multiple boundary zones of plate. Image recording module communicatively connected to image processing module.
EFFECT: technical result is efficient, fast and thorough method and device for control of disposable capsules standard dose to ensure quality as far as they are made along high-efficiency production line.
