FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to functional diagnostics. Method comprises carrying out registration of muscle strength of hand using hand carpal dynamometer. Method includes fixing control of accuracy of hold at 1/3 of maximum value of hand muscle force. Method uses a computer interfaced with carpal dynamometer. On a monitor, showing a straight line corresponding to value of 1/3 of maximum measured value of force. Subject maintains set force value on line for 10 seconds. Determining area of deviations of current values of hand muscle force. Increase in area indicates stress regulatory mechanisms of nervous system and reducing its operation.
EFFECT: method improves accuracy of diagnosis, which is achieved by determining area of deviation of values while maintaining muscular force for 10 s.
