Abstract RU 2786957 C1

FIELD: medicine; neurology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurology; it can be used for development and improvement of fine motor skills of hands in children with cerebral palsy (hereinafter – CP). Complexity and number of tasks are selected individually for each child. A monitor window for performing exercises is launched, on which an image of a keyboard with colorful keys is given, while colors of keys are made in accordance with colors of hand fingers on right and left sides of the represented keyboard. Next, a real keyboard is installed in front of a child, which coincides with the represented keyboard on the monitor screen. Then, the child is offered to perform exercises of three levels of complexity with five blocks of tasks at each level, providing for sequential pressing colorful keys on the represented keyboard with fingers with the corresponding color. After each block of exercises, dynamics of a level of development of fine motor skills is tracked.

EFFECT: method provides development and improvement of fine motor skills of hands in children with CP, allows for expansion of functional capabilities of existing methods, correction of sensory perception mechanisms, and organization of subject-manipulative activity of hands in children with CP, with stepwise complication of tasks.
