SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for moving application-related records between distributed cloud domains, when user terminal changes its physical location, and a predetermined condition is satisfied for moving application-related records. User terminal is connected to a communication network and uses an application. Method includes steps of determining that user terminal location is changed at least with from a first network area of a communication network to a second network area, by considering two or more restrictions associated with (i) location of user terminal in second network area, (ii) location of cloud component of application in first cloud domain associated with first network area, and (iii) location of second cloud domain associated with second network area, and moving, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, application-related records from first cloud domain to second cloud domain.

EFFECT: technical result consists in that actual quality of services provided by application for user is maintained at a high level.
