FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma synthesis of nanomaterials. Endohedral fullerenes are obtained in water-cooled metal sealed chamber 1 in plasma of high-frequency arc at atmospheric pressure using alternating current. In chamber 1 there is one central vertical graphite electrode 4 and even number of identical horizontal graphite electrodes 2, 2', 3, 3', which provide discharge. Substances containing chemical elements introduced into fullerene molecules are placed in the axial holes of all electrodes. In series with electrodes 2, 2', 3, 3' inductance coils are connected9, 9', 10, 10', axes of which are arranged so that direction of developed by them magnetic field is perpendicular to discharge axis.
EFFECT: technical result - content of endohedral fullerenes in carbon condensate is increased by 3 5/10-4 % due to creation of magnetic field, in-phase and perpendicular to arc current.
