SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for medicine and can be used for NMR tomography, drugs for treating neurodegenerative diseases, and also for magnetically controlled delivery of drugs to the diseased organ. Electric arc evaporation is carried out in a helium medium of graphite electrodes containing an additive of 3d metal phthalocyanine pyrolyzate, resulting in the formation of fullerene-containing soot containing empty fullerenes and endofullerenes of 3d metals. Empty fullerenes and endofullerenes of 3d metals are further isolated from the soot in two stages. First, the empty fullerenes are separated by extraction with o-xylene. Then, the endofullerenes of 3d metals are isolated by extraction as a complex with a solvent, which is N,N-dimethylformamide with an additive of hydrazine hydrate.

EFFECT: yield of endofullerenes of 3d metals increases.
