FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multilayer planar or tubular membranes or films for use in packaging of meat products, produced by coextrusion and biaxial stretched manner ternary blown in the form of shrinkable package film or the heat-sealable wrapping film. Casing or the film comprises nine layers, counting from the outside inwards. First layer consists of polyamide (PA). Second layer consists of a mixture of polyamide (PA), amorphous polyamide (APA) in a ratio of 85:15 by weight. % respectively. Third layer comprises a maleic anhydride modified linear polyethylene (Tie) and nanoclay in a ratio by weight. %: 99.99-99.00 and 0.01-1.0, respectively. Fourth layer is composed of polyamide (PA). Fifth layer comprises a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol (EVOH). Sixth layer consists of polyamide (PA). Seventh layer is composed of a maleic anhydride modified linear polyethylene (Tie). Eighth layer consists of polyethylene, which is preferred as a polyolefin plastomer (POP), and a nanoclay in a ratio by weight. %: 99.99-99.00 and 0.01-1.0, respectively. Ninth layer is made of polyethylene (PE).
EFFECT: invention provides reduced permeability to oxygen in 2-3 times increase in tensile strength by 30-40%.
