SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixture of polymers, multilayer heat shrinkable films and flexible containers made of them, such as bags, pouches, applicable for packaging products, in particular food products. Mixture of polymers contains from 50 to 85 wt. %, of a modified copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefin and from 50 to 15 wt. % of a modified copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate with a vinyl acetate content of from 6 to 15 wt. %. This mixture of polymers is used as a binder layer(s) in a multilayer heat shrinkable film that contains the first outer heat sealable layer (a), an inner barrier layer made of polyvinylidene chloride. Bonding layer(s) is in direct adhesion with the first surface or with the second surface of the inner barrier layer.

EFFECT: films according to the invention have excellent processability in terms of stability and quality, and are also able to withstand high degrees of orientation in both directions.
