FIELD: polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of polymer materials and relates to multilayer non-sewn heat shrinking packaging films. The film comprises: an outer sealing layer, an outer polyester layer, an inner gas barrier layer, a first core layer located between the sealing layer and the gas barrier layer, a second core layer located between the gas barrier layer (c) and the outer polyester layer, without an inner layer containing a large percentage of polyamide(s) or polyester(s). The core layer(s) is made without a large percentage of binding resins, independently comprises a large percentage (I) of a mixture (B) of a polyethylene component (e1) without bimodal molecular weight distribution and a second resin (R) selected from ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer(s) (R1), acrylic acid copolymer(s) (R2), acrylate copolymer(s) (R3) and mixtures thereof, or (II) a polyethylene component (e2) with bimodal molecular weight distribution optionally mixed with a second resin (R). The invention describes flexible containers made of such films, such as sacks, bags etc., applicable for packaging, particularly food packaging.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a multilayer packaging film exhibiting improved sealability even in a contaminated state, excellent shrinkability, good optical properties and strength, without using inner hard resin layers and sewing.
