FIELD: processing of explosives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for increasing the detonation power of secondary explosives. The method can be used for processing various classes of explosives, for example, nitramines, nitroethers, aromatic nitro compounds in the form of pressed parts or as part of mixed explosives for defense and civil purposes for tasks using explosion energy. The crystals of the secondary explosive are in contact with the coolant without mixing and interaction with each other. The explosive is placed in a heat-resistant container, which is placed in one of two thermally insulated chambers with a coolant. The coolant and explosives are heated in a thermally insulated heat chamber from +50°C to +100°C. The coolant and explosives are cooled in a thermally insulated cold chamber from +10°C to -100°C. The container with explosives is alternately transferred from one chamber to another chamber. One heating and one cooling of the explosive container constitutes a treatment cycle. The total temperature difference in each cycle is 90°C to 200°C. 1 to 30 cycles are repeated, after which the container is removed from the chamber, the explosive crystals are removed from the container and dried.

EFFECT: temperature difference on the explosive, which makes it possible to reduce the number of preparatory operations and the processing time of the explosive.
