FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and relates to methods of producing hollow thin-wall high conical parts with small cone angle and with small radius at bottom. Workpiece cut of sheet strip blank is subjected to operational exhaust transitions and then, final drawing-gaging. Prepared at last drawing pass workpiece is placed in female die with through hole in bottom, and punch with cut vertex to its radius is drawn-calibrated to produce finished part in accordance with drawing.
EFFECT: preventing distortion of profile of bottom and tops of conical part.
