FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for training in children with cerebral paralysis. Method involves formation of motor skills by therapeutic exercises (TE) and stimulating effect on the patient. Stimulating effect is trans lingual electric stimulation of brain with “Brain Port” instrument. TE is carried out in form of complexes of active exercises aimed at training patient new motor skills. Each daily procedure involves simultaneous electric stimulation and performing complex of exercises for 20-25 minutes with therapeutic course for 10 days. At that, before procedure available motor skills in a patient-ability to sit, stand, walk are determined. Exercises aimed at training patient lost in motor skills, taking into account following sequence of execution of complexes of exercises: complex directed on formation of ability to independently sit keeping its body in space; complex of exercises aiming at forming ability to retain vertical position of body in space and ability to control position of body at acceleration or deceleration straight movement, as well as in revolutions: deviations of head, body and eye to side opposite to movement; complex of exercises aimed at formation of walking habit.

EFFECT: method provides physiological recovery of motor skills in given pathology.
