SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to biotechnology. Using four RNAs coding four different antigens for producing a kit of vaccines for treating prostate cancer, and a kit containing vaccines each of which contains at least one RNA are presented. Each RNA codes one of four different antigens specified in: six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of the prostate (STEAP), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA).
EFFECT: presented kit of vaccines can be used in medicine for treating prostate cancer, particularly to non-adjuvant and/or hormonal therapy, and related diseases and disorders.
