Invention provides a nucleic acid for increasing the expression of said encoded peptide or protein.

EFFECT: combining in the nucleic acid structure a polyadenylation signal and histone stem-loop structure due to the synergistic effect enables to increase the level of expression by several times compared to the level of each of said elements used separately.
