FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing elastomeric composite membrane materials, which can be used in aircraft engineering, particularly in inflatable, retractable due to reduction of two-dimensional stretched material enclosures aircraft landing gear on air-cushion. Obtaining of laminar rubberized fabric elastomeric composite membrane materials, made three-layer and consisting of middle layer, on both sides of which are arranged rubber layers, wherein middle layer is made in form of Jersey fabric from two-component combined elastic thread, first component of which is made in form of rod and represents elastomeric monofilament, and second component is made of textile threads in form of spiral winding of rod. Assembly of composite material is performed by sequential laying on surface of matrix of inner layer of crude rubber, knitted elastic web and external layer of crude rubber on elastic knitted fabric, then process of three-stage curing rubber layers in vacuum bag is conducted: at first stage is carried out without heating at full vacuum gage pressure of 0.95-0.97 atm, at second maintenance fabric layers for 90 minutes at 90 °C and reduced vacuum gage pressure of 0.04-0.06 atm, while at third stage is carried out short-term maintenance for 20 minutes at full vacuum gage pressure of 0.95-0.97 atm and temperature of completion of curing 143-145 °C.

EFFECT: provision of sufficient strength of connection of layers of material, wear resistance, manufacturability, which is necessary for use of obtained material for making of non-permeable laminar rubber-textile material, which should have low modulus of elasticity and increased several times value of relative elongation at tension with sufficient mechanical strength.
