FIELD: cellular communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular communications. Radio parameter control system comprises: means for estimating a motion radio configured to assess whether the radio range of movement is within a predetermined range; and decision means of the radio, capable of discriminating between information on the measurement of the radio communicated radio terminal, a significant movement of which is within a predetermined range, and information on the measurement of the radio communicated radio terminal, a significant movement of which is outside the predetermined range, and taking the decision on the radio cell of the radio.
EFFECT: technical result is to enable decision making on the appropriate radio parameters, subject to the correction of the radio cells to optimize coverage.
