SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication. Radio terminal (3) can perform carrier aggregation using first cell (10) of first radio station (1) and second cell (20) of second radio station (2). First radio station (1) performs radio resource management for first cell (10) and second cell (20) with radio terminal (3) to perform aggregation of the carriers. First radio station (1) transmits to second radio station (2) update information regarding the configuration update relating to the radio resource management for second cell (20).

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of prevention of data transmission / reception failures when changing configuration of radio parameters during aggregation of carriers of multiple cells served by different radio stations.
