SUBSTANCE: radio terminal (3) performs carrier aggregation using first cell (10) of first radio station (1) and second cell (20) of second radio station (2). First radio station (1) with radio terminal (3) performs radio resource management for first cell (10) and second cell (20) to perform aggregation of the carriers.
EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of data transmission / reception failures when changing configuration of radio parameters during aggregation of carriers of multiple cells, served by different radio stations.
