FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic HF field can be fed in a HF cavity resonator 11 to act on the bunch 15 of particles flowing therein. It differs from the known devices in that the higher breakage resistance in the resonator 11 in the path of the said bunch 15 results from the use of one intermediate sliding electrode 13.

EFFECT: higher breakdown resistance.
