SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flat wiper brush. Brush comprises the following: belt wiper 10 elastic guide element 30, spoiler 40 and seat 100. Belt wiper 10 and elastic guide element 30 are attached to spoiler 40. Spoiler 40 is made from elastic material and comprises central section 41. Mounting part 100 includes mounting slot 101, in which there is a central section 41 of spoiler 40. Central section 41 spoiler 40 elastically deformed by pressing and then is introduced into the mounting slot 101 setting part 100.
