SUBSTANCE: device comprises a ring oscillator pulse, the set of its outputs connected to data inputs of the first register, one of the outputs - the first input pulse counter, whose output is connected to the corresponding data input of the second register. Digital outputs of the first and second registers are connected to respective digital inputs of the arithmetic unit. And the output of the first register is connected via the encoder, and the second register - directly; trigger output connected to the second input pulse counter, and the signal input terminals "Start" and "Stop". Additionally introduced monitoring unit period of the ring oscillator pulses, a digital output coupled to a corresponding digital input of the arithmetic unit, and the pulser ring is provided with an input block connected to the first input of the first flip-flop and via a pulse shaper - signal to the input terminal "Start". Wherein the input terminal "stop" signal via a second pulse shaper is connected to the clock inputs of the two registers and a second input flip-flop, and the first and second control inputs of the pulse period of the ring oscillator are respectively connected to one of the outputs of the ring oscillator and output pulses of the trigger.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy of the conversion period of time in the digital code, and a simplified structure.
