FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a recuperative counterflow heat exchanger 1. Heat exchanger channels are connected via a chamber 2, having an electric heater 3. In the chamber water is disinfected at temperature above 100°C. High efficiency of heat exchange is achieved by filling of channels with a filling 4 from silver-plated copper granules. Granules are pressed in channels to increase heat conductivity of the filling.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce cold boiled water with least expenses of time and electric energy.
