FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: unfoldable modular living unit comprises one or several folding modules (A) having lower element (1), inclined elements (2, 3) of roof, forming a roof and side walls, and two opposite facades - front and rear. Each of said modules (A) comprises folding and split structure comprising two adjacent hard sides or walls(1, 2), which are attached to each other by means of hinges or fixed unit (13), and a third side or wall (3), hinged to said first two rigid sides or walls (1, 2), and at least one intermediate plane (4), attached on hinges to one of said inclined elements (3) of roof , and designed so that it is connected to another inclined element (2) of roof.
EFFECT: invention simplifies and speeds up construction of modular living units any size.
