FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is refereed to the sphere of gas cleaning by electric precipitation from dispersed phase by means of electric precipitators and may be used in different industries, such as metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. The device includes a body with cover, tubular precipitating and pin corona electrodes with end lower and upper rods. At one side the rods are rigidly connected in series by means of the upper frame, suspended tubes and elements of interconnected and electrically heated lower chambers made as labyrinth channels to base bushing insulators mounted in inert gas medium in insulating boxes at the cover. Lower planes of the upper two-piece suspended tubes are supported by upper planes of the inner flat parts of cylindrical and H-shaped base bushing insulators. Lower planes of the outer flat parts of cylindrical and H-shaped base bushing insulators are supported by upper planes of partitions in double-chamber insulating boxes. All planes of the supports are fit tightly and interconnected through gaskets or sealing agent.

EFFECT: improved operational reliability and efficiency by preventing conditions for formation of explosive mixture.
