SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for signalling, centralising and blocking on railway transport and can be used in systems for traffic control on station limits. System comprises haul ternary interlocking device with rail circuits of block sections, track hardware units, post electric interlocking device. On each locomotive involved in transportation process span there is onboard control device, unit of locomotive continuous automatic cab signalling, receiver, radio modem, display for displaying information and wireless modem control microprocessor unit are installed. Wireless modem control microprocessor unit includes timers-counters, read-only memory module and module of random-access memory.

EFFECT: simplified design.
