GEAR LUBRICATING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC F16H57/04

Abstract RU 2583415 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in reverse tooth gears with crankcase lubrication by dipping. Lubricating device of gearing contains oil bath with liquid lubricating material located in gearing housing, in which gear wheel is immersed. On each of two sides of underlying wheel rotation from bath above top level of bath there is a U-shaped scraper rigidly installed on gearing housing relative to rotating wheel. Scrapers are arranged mirror-like relative to each other and symmetrically about vertical axis of symmetry of wheel. Scrapers cover and adjoin vertices and ends of toothed rim and part of ends of wheel body. Scrapers are directed upwards from toothed rim to wheel body at an acute angle relative to horizontal. Top ends of scrapers are drawn together. On side of vertices of toothed rim of each scraper adjacent apron rigidly installed on gearing housing, oriented downwards in vertical and covering gap between scraper and bottom.

EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication gear.
