FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in gears lubricated with liquid lubricants by immersion. Gearing lubricating device comprises an oil bath with liquid lubricant located in gearing housing and in which underlying transmission gear wheel is immersed, meshed with a pair of gears and consisting of a body in the form of a disc with a hub, a rim and a gear ring. Rim width is greater than the disc thickness. From each of both of its ends, the wheel, on its exit side, while rotating from the oil bath, is provided with a flat scraper fixed to the transmission body with relative to the rotating wheel, perpendicular to the end of the wheel, with an abutment to this end face at an acute angle relative to the rotating wheel running on it, overlapping the gear ring vertices and the circumference described by the points of contact of the surface of the end of the wheel with the upper level of the lubricant of the oil bath lubricant. Each scraper, located on the side of the wheel end face, which rim dimension is beyond the body disc dimension, is made in the form of a Z-shaped element, one end side of which is adjacent to the end of the disc of the body, the other end side of which is adjacent to the ends of the rim and the gear ring, and the middle part of which is adjacent to the inner surface of the rim.
EFFECT: providing higher quality of the gear lubrication.
