FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: lubricating device contains a complete oil bath with a liquid lubricant, in which the lubricated gears are shipped. Each wheel by its release during the rotation of the oil bath, is provided with a couple of scratchers, symmetrically adjacent to both its ends. Scrapers are strengthened motionless relative to the rotating wheel, above the upper level of the lubricant, with overlapping ends of the wheel and the circle described touch points rotating wheel ends with the upper level of the lubricant. Each scraper is made in the form of a rectilinear rectangular section of the strip adjacent to the wheel with its end at an acute angle between the upper plane of the segment and the end of the wheel. Scrapers are located along the ends of the wheel at an angle to the horizontal, and their outer ends exceed their inner ends vertically.

EFFECT: increased quality of the gearing lubrication.
