FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designing and manufacturing of high-speed electric machines with permanent magnets on the rotor. Firstly a unit is produced of a magnetic conductor with fixed magnets and installed support of high-strength fibres, after which the assembled unit is installed on the shaft. Installation of support structure on magnets and installation of the unit completely to shaft is carried out with a cylindrical tension. Selection of values of preloads provides transfer of torque between magnets and shaft, and also enables to control the stress-deformed state of the article during assembly and operation under operating rates. Support structure on magnets is made of high-strength fibers in the form of a solid ring or multiple rings which are mounted on one or more rows of magnets. Pressing of the support structure on magnets is performed using a special mandrel.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability of the rotor.
