FIELD: animal breeding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distribution devices for stalked fodder in livestock premises. Stationary dispenser comprises installed along the stock-raising room feeding trough (1), at the bottom of which there is working branch (2) to transfer along the feeding trough (1), formed by covering with intersection of vehicle route transverse passage for animals, a drive mechanism (4), tray (11) for receiving the fodder meant for feeding. Vehicle is made in the form of chain-converter of the conveyor. In the section of the route of cross passages are fixed support, supporting lower (6) of rotary and top (7) sprockets. Lower (6) rotary sprockets are attached in cantilever and mounted at the level of the feed-through in conveyor chain, and upper sprockets (7) are at the level of height of the passage. In the section of the route cross passage working branch (2) of chain-and-slat conveyor is raised above the return line (3) to allow interaction of its chain with the sprockets (6 and 7). Skidding (9) is laid over return line (3) of chain-and-slat conveyor.

EFFECT: less injuries of animal limbs at cattle drive and reduction of stress condition.
