SUBSTANCE: method of making workpiece panel of door leaf is characterised by that represents continuous, completely automated process, where two conveyor and unwound automatic line (AL) two reels of steel sheet material, then one performs preliminary forming surfaces blank panel door leaf by shaping upper sheet material to form outer lining profile in form of box with inner cavity and vertical lengthwise lateral walls , which are used to form lateral sides of vestibule, and shaping of lower sheet material to form profile of internal lining in form of box with inner cavity, vertical lengthwise lateral walls with horizontal shelves, which are used to form lateral sides of panel and horizontal surface ledge with slots for angular seal. Then filling inner cavity of blank panel door leaf with filler is performed. Then preliminary forming of panel door leaf workpiece geometry is performed by laying and subsequent compression sections of outer and inner lining during their movement on two-row conveyor of AL. Then, panel door leaf billet is fed in thermal press, where during drying process connection of filler with inner surfaces of workpiece panel door leaf is performed and so of geometry of its longitudinal and transverse sections. Then, formation of final billet cross section geometry panel door leaf at outlet of thermal press as result of connection to each other by rolling side longitudinal edges of profiles of top and bottom linings. Then, panel door leaf billet is automatically cut by length of finished product during its movement along conveyor. Also disclosed is a method of making metal door leaf. It is characterised by that includes making panel door leaf workpiece according to above method. Then panel door leaf workpiece is machined, at which formed slots and holes for installation of fittings and locking mechanisms. Then, assembly of door leaf is performed, at which threaded rivets are installed and fixed to blank panel door leaf in holes for attachment locks and hinges, locking mechanisms, loops, sealants and end covers. Also door leaf is proposed, as blank panel of which is structure described above is used.
EFFECT: disclosed is method of making panel door leaf workpiece.
