FIELD: treatment plant.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating sorting-classification system. System includes vibrating screen, hydraulic cyclone for sand, connection pipes, gravel and sand trays, soil pump, hydraulic classifier with drain and soil collector. Soil collector is equipped with ejector with inlet for water supply under pressure. Ejector is connected via pipeline with vibratory screen. Vibratory screen is equipped with gravel loading chute and sump, output of which is equipped with a sand pump connected to input of hydrocyclone for sand. Processing method of underwater soil comprises feeding pulp for processing, processing of sand-gravel mix using vibrating screen and cyclone sand followed by discharging finished fractionated products. Pulp is fed into hydraulic classifier for its separation into suspended particles and sand-gravel mix. Suspended particles are removed into drain, sand-gravel mix is directed into soil collector with ejector. Water is supplied under pressure into ejector. Obtained soil mixture is fed to vibrating screen via pipeline with additional flushing mixture after ejector. On vibrating screen mixture dispersed on sieves in fractions larger and smaller than 3-5 mm, fraction larger than 3-5 mm is directed for shipment, fraction smaller than 3-5 mm is directed into sump. From output of sump mixture with help of sand soil pump is supplied to hydrocyclone for sand of fraction is delivered for shipment.

EFFECT: water with finer sand is removed in drain line.
