FIELD: systems of hydraulic transport; recovery and processing of sand and gravel materials. SUBSTANCE: thickener has hydraulic cyclone located horizontally on self-propelled chassis, loading, distributing and return pipe lines. Return pipe line is fitted hydraulic mixture flow control unit equipment with systems of gates; distributing pipe line is provided with several discharge openings made in form of cuts in pipe line body and provided with gates whose shape corresponds to shape of cuts and their curvature corresponds to curvature of distributing pipe line. Hydraulic cyclone and stating section of return pipe line are mounted at horizontal position of their axes; hydraulic mixture flow control unit is connected with loading pipe line. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance in units; enhanced control of hydraulic mixture flow and increased productivity of thickener. 2 cl, 1 dwg
