FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: air separator consists of branch pipe to feed material, receiving device with sieve, collecting chamber for through particles via sieve, collecting chamber for running particles from screen, vertical aspiration channel with located inside partitions in form of segment and bumper plates with mechanical device for adjustment of location, aspiration settling chamber, air discharge branch pipe with air-carried particles and lock gate. In above sieve space of receiving device there is sliding shutter. In air discharge branch pipe there is valve. Movable axes for adjustment of said plates are fixed on outer plates.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced carryover of kernel particles and oil dust with shell, as well as reduced carry-over of shell into kernel fraction.
