FIELD: fat and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-producing industry, in particular, to pneumatic separating equipment for removal of aeroremoving fragments of fruit shell by air flow from oilseeds rustlets, such as sunflower, soya, rape and other, where it is intended to separate fruit shell when preparing them for oil extraction. Air separator for separation of fruit shell from oilseeds hulling mixture consists of branch pipe for supply of initial material, a receiving channel with a screen, a branch pipe for discharge of passage particles through a sieve, a vertical aspiration channel, in the lower part of the channel there is a collecting chamber for collection of converging particles, equipped with a gate valve connected to a vertical aspiration channel of an aspiration precipitation chamber and an air discharge pipe with air-borne particles. In the above sieve space of the receiving channel, an outlet rotary valve is additionally installed in front of the inlet into the vertical aspiration channel. In the compressed space of the receiving channel, before the inlet to the vertical aspiration channel along the width of the receiving channel, there is a branch pipe for discharge of passage particles through a sieve equipped with a guide attached to the edge of the screen, and an air supply branch pipe additionally installed along the width of the receiving channel. Vertical aspiration channel is interconnected with aspiration precipitation chamber by means of air duct made in the form of knee with radius of rotation of 90°. In lower part of aspiration settling chamber sluice gate is additionally installed, and in its upper central part air discharge branch pipe with aeroremoving fragments is installed.

EFFECT: high definition of separation of particles, as well as reduced hydraulic resistance in a pneumatic separator.
