FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of controlling inertial cone crusher, in particular, to methods of controlling emptying grinding chamber. Method consists in that inertial cone crusher having a crushing chamber, inner crushing armor on a crushing head, center of crushing head axis performing gyratory movement about a gyration of the axis, that supply of material to mill is measured directly or indirectly, position and movement of crushing head during amplitude control period, comparing measured position and/or movement with at least one predetermined set point is determined based on said comparison of measured position and/or movement to at least one setpoint, said revolution frequency should be regulated and adjusted if necessary.
EFFECT: method provides safe emptying of crushing chamber and prevents damage thereof when cone crusher stops.
