SUBSTANCE: interlocking system intended for use inrock crusher. The interlocking system 20 comprises a stationary housing 24, a crushing head 26, a rotary group 27, a shaft 28, bearings 30, a crushing chamber 31, a lining 32 of the crushing chamber 31 and a working hydraulic fluid. Preferably, the interlocking system comprises a device for flow injection intended to provide a flow of working hydraulic fluid, a source of working hydraulic fluid intended to supply working hydraulic fluid, a control valve in fluid communication with the source of working hydraulic fluid and intended to provide a flow of working hydraulic fluid to the source of working hydraulic fluid, and a torque transmission node intended to connect the crushing head 26 and the source of working hydraulic fluid and to transmit torque from the crushing head 26 to the stationary housing. The interlocking system 20 uses the same working hydraulic fluid as other rock crusher systems. Method of the interlocking system 20 control consists in that the flow of the working hydraulic fluid is provided by the device for flow injection, the working hydraulic fluid is supplied by the source of the working hydraulic fluid, wherein the flow of the working hydraulic working fluid is provided to the source of the working hydraulic fluid by the control valve in fluid communication with the source of the working hydraulic fluid. The interlocking system uses the same working hydraulic fluid as other rock crusher systems.

EFFECT: interlocking system and method provides the possibility to control the rotation of the crushing head, while avoiding cross-contamination of the working hydraulic fluids.
