SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method includes steps of: determining whether there is insufficient bandwidth on primary uplink for transfer of pending uplink data packets; and if insufficient bandwidth exists, preventing establishment of secondary uplink, when it is determined that pending uplink data packets, which will not be transferred by primary uplink, will not sufficiently use secondary uplink. Consequently, disproportionate interference and consumption of resources, which otherwise will be result of establishment of secondary stream in order to move relatively small data, will be avoided.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced usage of resources, improved efficiency and reduction of noise.
