SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities. Explosion proof panel for protection of industrial buildings and structures from an emergency situation comprises blast elements, which is made up of front plate with metal armored frame with metallic armored lining and filler composed of air-lead disperse system. Lead is made in form of chips. In coating of building is rigidly fixed made elastic four bearing rods telescopically inserted into fixed branch pipes-support, which are fixed in panel. To ends of support rods sheets are welded on side of which facing to metal frame, are additional elements damping blast effect, which are made as a package of disk-shaped elastic elements, each having a round base, which by means of at least two pins movably located on a sheet-stop. One end of pin is rigidly fixed on a sheet-stop, and other enters with a gap in hole made in base, and records with help of nut. Lower part of base is rigidly and coaxially to it cylindrical barrel is attached to cavity and opening with clearance passes rod, one end of which is rigidly fixed on a sheet-stop, and other - in coating of object. Rod movably enters sleeve, one end of which is rigidly fixed on a sheet-stop, while another one is movable, with a gap enters cavity of cylindrical barrel. Stack of plate of elastic elements is located with a small between leaf-thrust and round base. Between round base and cylindrical barrel are located, at least two stiffening ribs, for example, in form of angle of rigidly connecting outer cylindrical surface of cup and lower surface of round base.
EFFECT: invention improves reliability and safety of operation personnel in highly explosive premises.
