FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: method of explosion protection with a damping device, consisting in the installation of explosion-proof elements in the building's enclosing structures, in which explosive and fire-hazardous equipment functions. For top fences they are made in the form of anti-explosion panels and installed on the roof or attic of a building with explosive objects located in it, they are executed in the form of anti-explosion panels containing a metal armored frame with metal armored plating and lead filler, which has four fixed support pipes, and four support rods are rigidly embedded in the building cover, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipe-supports of the panel. Filler is made in the form of dispersed air-lead system. Lead is made in the form of crumbs, and support rods are made elastic. Additional ends are attached to the ends of the support rods from the side facing the metal frame, damping the impact of the shock wave, and between the additional elements and the metal frame with armored metal lining, bushings of quick-disintegrating material, such as triplex glass, or between damping element, attached oppositely to the panel and a metal frame with armored metal lining, the support rods are mounted pneumatically dielectric damping elements made of rubber cord shells, for example conical, having a central opening into which the rod is inserted, and fixed support sleeves embedded in the panel are formed in an axial section of a curved shape, for example, hyperbolic, and the damping element is made in the form of a homogeneous volumetric body, for example in the form of a damping plate, which is fixed in the upper part of the support rods, to the stopping sheets, and to which, opposite the panel, and in the direction of the shock wave, a buffer device made in form of a cone, the vertex of which is located on the axis of the opening of the protected object.
EFFECT: increasing the explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and providing of these structures return into the original position after the explosion.
