FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for protecting industrial buildings and structures against an explosive emergency situation consists in installing an explosive and fire hazardous equipment on the foundation of the building. Explosion-proof elements are made in the side and top fences of the industrial building: for the side fences, explosion-proof elements are arranged in the form of safety collapsing constructions of the building fence, and for the top fences - in the form of explosion-proof plate on the roof or attic floor of a building with explosive objects. The explosion-proof plate is provided with additional shock wave damping elements which are made in the form of a pack of dish-shaped elastic elements comprising a circular base which is movably disposed on the support by means of at least two pins. One end of the pin is rigidly fixed to the support and the other - with the gap in the hole made in the base and fixed by means of a nut, and a cylindrical glass with a cavity and a hole through which a rod is located with a gap, one end of which is rigidly fixed on the support, and the other - in the coating of the object, is fixed to the bottom of the base, rigidly and coaxially to it. Between the circular base of the pack of dish-shaped elastic elements and the sheet-stop, coaxially to the pins, bushings made of a disposable material such as triplex glass are mounted, and on the surface of one of the bushings a security indicator in the form of a strain-sensitive sensor is fixed, for example a resistive-strain sensor, which output is connected to a signal amplifier, for example a strain amplifier, and the output of the strain amplifier is connected to the input of an explosive emergency situation warning device.
EFFECT: increasing the operation reliability of personnel in explosive areas.
