FIELD: image forming device.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an image forming device of electrophotographic type, for example, copying device, printer or the like. Claimed image forming device comprises a photosensitive element, image forming section for forming an electrostatic image on the photosensitive element to apply toner image to the area with the image in electrostatic image, element of the intermediate transfer for holding a toner image which is primarily transferred from the photosensitive element at a position of primary transfer, transfer element having possibility of contact with the outer peripheral surface of the element of the intermediate transfer for the secondary transfer of the toner image from the element of the intermediate transfer onto the recording material in the position of the secondary transfer, constant voltage element electrically connected between the element of intermediate transfer and the earth potential, in order to maintain a predetermined voltage by passing current through it, power source for forming an electric field of the secondary transfer in the secondary transfer position and electric field of the primary transfer in the primary transfer position by applying a voltage to the transfer element for passing current through constant voltage element, element for detecting environmental conditions, and controller to control potential of the area with image depending on the result of detection by the detection element.

EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of defect formation of primary transfer.
