FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in drives of machines with rotary working member at destruction of materials, transportation, mixed, washing and other devices. Method for generation of torsional vibrations involves separation of power flows on rotation and torsional vibrations. Independent relative movement of dynamic component parts enables creation of technologically required amplitude-frequency characteristics of torsional vibrations and provide special design of working element for dynamic and uniform rotations. Device comprises drive shaft, reduction gear uniform rotation, an exciter of torsional vibrations, uniform rotation shaft, shaft of torsional vibrations, working member dynamic rotation, working member uniform rotation.
EFFECT: higher use of feed energy and output of product per unit of power; operational reliability and durability; reduced load in kinematic pairs.
