FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device of dynamic action on the materials contains concentrically made shafts of uniform and oscillating movements. One shaft and its element of the working element rotate uniformly. Another shaft and its element of the working element make uniform rotation with superimposition of the torsion oscillations by means of the own drive, and are located at distance B = ℓ·µ, where: B is width of the static zone, distance between blades along the shaft axis, ℓ is distance between surfaces of elements of the dynamic working element, µ is coefficient of dynamic effect.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption, increased capacity, reliability and durability of the device.
