FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for movement of articles and can be used for extracting foreign objects from a nuclear reactor. Winch comprises rotary drive drum. On surface of drum there are two screw grooves, on which there are ropes, one end fixed in drum. Further, cables are passed through system of units arranged on article. Further, cables are returned to winch housing pass each through its unit connected to pressure sensor, and closed up on balancing rocker.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
